Sales and Services
Farmers throughout the UK rely on the Groups' team of dedicated Territory Sales Managers. Our sales force is rigorously trained and continually refreshed with the latest developments in product and animal nutrition. Each member is responsible for business development, sales and customer support in a particular area of the country which ensures we always offer local knowledge with a local point of contact but backed by a national business.
Our Technical Department provides on-going customer service by liaising directly with customers as well as providing back up to our sales team. We have a team of three ruminant and equine nutritionists as well as an equine consultant nutritionist and a veterinary advisor. This means that our experience is second to none and therefore can offer professional and reliable advice.

TransAg is our own dedicated delivery service which provides a prompt and professional service through our fleet of customised vehicles operating out of four locations nationwide. All our drivers are professionally trained to deliver products in an efficient manner whilst ensuring excellent levels of customer care are maintained at all times.

With the above three aspects combined, we provide on-farm support, advice and guidance on all our products and feeding systems plus a delivery and after-sales service that is unrivalled in the marketplace.
Manufacturing
The main manufacturing site of the company is situated in Crediton, Devon. This site also plays host to the Groups’ head offices and the vast majority of the Animal Health and Mineral products ranges are produced here, along with all liquid feed for the southern part of the UK.

There are a further two sites strategically placed across the country which are purpose built for liquid feed manufacture and distribution. These are Carluke (Lanarkshire) and Welshpool (Powys). We also have a distribution hub at Burton-upon-Trent (Staffordshire) which when all combined, give us excellent coverage and routes into the livestock-dense areas of the country.

Being in control of the complete chain from raw material purchase to product manufacture, sale and then delivery, places the Group at the forefront of nutritional research and development. This has seen the creation of a vast array of unique and ground-breaking products over the years, many of which remain without equal in the marketplace.

Our modern factory allows us to create special mixes to suit a specific need without the reliance on any 3rd party. If a farm is trying to match soil, forage or stock type with the aid of our Technical Department we can help. This all comes with the reassurance that a special mix order is in the same hands from request to delivery.
Export
The UK is the hub of our main business, but our brands can be found in many different countries through our established network of global partners.

We have built up sound business relationships with many companies overseas who either have products made to their own specification or act as selling agents for our branded goods. Regular ports of delivery outside the UK are the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Netherlands, Iceland, France, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Oman, New Zealand and Australia.
